With 15 years of experience cooking on the street and offering private catering, our chef is excited to present their vision to you and all our guests. Our caring and committed staff will ensure you have a fantastic experience with us. The name SUUYAR was inspired by African popular street food called SUYA, which is mostly enjoyed in places like Nigeria, Ghana, Niger, Togo, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Sudan, and many other African countries. SUUYAR's desire and mission were to offer African food to you in a restaurant-quality way through an innovative and unique style. We serve delicious flavoured grilled meat and fish that blend with your palate through our exotic mix of spices, rubs, and marinade. Whatever your choice is, either grilled meat from Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, Zimbabwe, or grilled fish from Ivory Coast, Gambia, Sierra Leone, you will always get the best from us.

Chef Kolawole Ajayi is a seasoned Nigerian chef with a strong belief in showing the world the beauty of African food and helping others learn how to make it. In 2012, he started a YouTube channel to showcase his natural gift and skills to the world, which grew faster than he expected. Currently, he is the most popular Nigerian-born male chef you can watch on YouTube and TikTok, with over 30 million viewers across his channels and over 200,000 subscribers and followers across his social media platforms. A chef that has risen among his peers to stand out with a unique style of teaching how to cook Nigerian food. You can’t help but want to learn from him as he makes cooking Nigerian food look so simple rather than complicated as people think.
